I gave it my best shot but I think you need to be a much better Photoshop artist than I. In the process of adding the small images to the header, the background color changed slightly and I was not able to make it match the existing. Anyway, I didn't want you to think I hadn't given it a try. It holds some promise with somebody more Photoshop-savvy,
